Cards like this that stick out as auto-inclusions tend to have steady value and I think that should be the same for Heirloom Blade
While Im okay with the latter if it comes down to it, I do tend to find that its not uncommon for this to trigger again and again, allowing you to put lands onto the battlefield against players who are ramping aggressively - You can even pair this card with Weathered Wayfarer to always find your best lands and put them directly into play
My only tip here is that, all things being equal and the game not coming down to finding a specific card, the two card pile will be way more attractive whether it is face-up or face-down
